30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can use either of the following methods:

  • Email us: Send a request to help@resumaryai.com with your account email address and order reference number.
  • Contact Paddle: Visit paddle.net and submit a refund request through our payment partner's buyer support portal.

Refunds are processed by our payment partner Paddle and issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

What Happens After a Refund

Once a refund is issued:

  • Your subscription plan will be changed to the Free tier.
  • Any remaining paid credits will be reset to the Free plan allowance (50 credits/month).
  • You will continue to have full access to Free plan features — your account, saved resumes, and application data will not be deleted.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings page or via the cancellation link in Paddle's billing emails. Cancellation stops future billing but you will retain access to your paid plan features until the end of the current billing period.

If you cancel within the first 30 days, you are still eligible for a full refund as described above.

Payment Processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
